In this week's episode of Wise Women Conversations I continue to share with you how you can balance your chakras using food, essential oils, crystals and meditation. In this episode I cover the Solar Plexus and Heart Chakras. The Solar Plexus chakra is all about your gut both physically and emotionally while the Heart chakra is about love and it is also our bridge between our physical and spiritual being.
